Registration Procedure
Registration Procedure for Year One:
In order to be eligible for registration into Year One, an applicant must forward an application package to CAHM consisting of the following:
- completed Student Enrolment Contract;
- evidence of having met all admissions requirements, including copies of the applicant's transcript(s) and diploma(s)/certificates(s) awarded; and
- a non-refundable application fee of $250.
Upon receiving the application package, CAHM may schedule an informal interview with the applicant or request any further information that it considers necessary to determine the eligibility of the applicant.
Once CAHM has sufficient information and documentation to determine whether or not the applicant meets the admission requirements, the applicant will be notified as to whether he/she has been accepted as a student into Year One. If the applicant has been accepted, he/she will then be required to pay the applicable tuition for Year One.
In the case of international students, copies of valid study permits, if required, must be submitted prior to the first class.
Registration Procedure for Year Two:
In order to be eligible for Year Two, the applicant must have successfully completed the required Year One CAHM course(s), and have submitted the completed Student Enrolment Contract along with the applicable tuition for Year Two. Veterinary technicians who are required to complete the first year foundation course in homeopathy prior to entering Year Two must submit documentation evidencing the successful completion of that prerequisite course
In the case of international students, copies of valid study permits, if required, must be submitted prior to the first class.
Registration Procedure for Year Three:
In order to be eligible for Year Three, the applicant must have successfully completed the required Year Two CAHM course(s), and have submitted the completed Student Enrolment Contract along with the applicable tuition for Year Three.
