Refund Policy
Effective Date of Policy: September 2009

- The application fee for processing the application package is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
- Tuition may be paid in full 30 days prior to the commencement of the first module, or in four equal installments, paid 30 days prior to the commencement of each module. There is a discount applied to tuition paid in full. See Fees for more details regarding fees and payment options.
- In the case of withdrawal or dismissal, written notice must be provided by:
- the student to CAHM when the student withdraws; and
- CAHM to the student where CAHM dismisses the student.
- If written notice of withdrawal is received by CAHM less than seven calendar days after the contract is made, and before the commencement of the first period of instruction specified in the contract, CAHM may retain $250.00.
- Subject to (4) of this policy, if written notice of withdrawal is received by CAHM 30 calendar days or more before the commencement of the first period of instruction specified in the contract, CAHM may retain the lesser of 10% of the total tuition due under the contract or $750.00.
- Subject to (4) of this policy, if written notice of withdrawal is received by CAHM less than 30 calendar days before the commencement of the first period of instruction specified in the contract, CAHM may retain the lesser of 20% of the total tuition due under the contract or $1,000.00.
- If written notice of withdrawal is received by CAHM, or a student is dismissed, within 10% of the program of study's duration specified in the contract, CAHM may retain 30% of the total tuition due under the contract.
- Subject to (7) of this policy, if written notice of withdrawal is received by CAHM, or a student is dismissed, within 30% of the program of study's duration specified in the contract, CAHM may retain 50% of the total tuition due under the contract.
- If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 30% of the program of study's duration specified in the contract, no refund is required.
- For the purposes of this policy, the program of study's duration is defined as the total days of instruction specified in the contract, and the attendance of any portion of a day of instruction is considered to be attendance of the whole day of instruction.
- Refunds owing to students must be paid within 30 calendar days of CAHM receiving written notification of withdrawal, or within 30 calendar days of CAHM's written notice of dismissal.
