John Saxton, BVetMed, VetFFHom, CertIAVH, MRCVS

John qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1964, and first became interested in homeopathy in the late seventies.

Following Faculty courses at the Royal London Homoeopathic Hospital, he obtained his Membership of the Faculty of Homeopathy in 1988 and his Fellowship in 1996.

John is based in Leeds where his clinical work is concerned with both first opinion and referral cases using homeopathy. He is currently the President of the Faculty of Homeopathy, and is a Past President of both the British Association of Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons and the British Holistic Veterinary Medicine Association.

He both teaches and is a veterinary examiner for the Faculty of Homeopathy. He lectures and teaches regularly on courses and at conferences both nationally and internationally, and examines internationally on behalf of the International Association for Veterinary Homeopathy.

For seven years he was the co-ordinator of the Education sub-committee of the IAVH and was involved with the creation of a training course and examination structure for use world-wide.

He is the co-author, with Peter Gregory, of 'Textbook of Veterinary Homeopathy', and is involved with writing further textbooks on aspects of homeopathy.
